You’re good at your job.
You were promoted because you get results.
But now you’re expected to:
Coach people who don’t take ownership
Handle conflict without damaging relationships
Have tough conversations without avoiding or over-explaining
Get results through others, not by doing it yourself
…and no one really trained you for that part.
Leading Well is a 12-week leadership development journey designed for managers and supervisors who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and credibility (without becoming a therapist or a micromanager).
By the end of this program, managers and supervisors consistently report that they:
Stop jumping in to solve everyone’s problems
Have clearer, calmer conversations — even when things get tense
Build accountability without damaging trust
Handle conflict earlier, not after it explodes
Feel more confident and less reactive in day-to-day leadership
This isn’t about becoming “soft.”
It’s about becoming more effective. For yourself, your team, and your organization.
Most leadership programs focus on information.
This one focuses on application.
Leading Well blends three core elements:
A clear coaching structure so you know what to say and how to lead conversations
Emotional intelligence so you stay grounded under pressure
Pattern awareness so you stop repeating habits that don’t serve you
You don’t just learn concepts or get a one-size-fits-all leadership development plan.
You practice them in real workplace situations — week by week.
Throughout the program, participants learn and apply:
A practical structure for coaching conversations that builds clarity, ownership, and follow-through.
A simple framework that helps you understand how you grow, where you get stuck, and why certain leadership challenges keep repeating. This becomes a powerful lens for self-awareness and development conversations with your team.
Skills that help you recognize triggers, regulate reactions, and lead with presence — especially in tough moments.
Discover your unique DiSC® style with Everything DiSC®, a scientifically validated assessment that enhances team collaboration and individual performance.
A way to spot and interrupt automatic leadership habits before they take over.

Leading Well is a leadership development program co-created and co-delivered by Janet Davie and David LeBlanc.
Our collaboration is grounded in a shared commitment to practical leadership development, thoughtful application, and sustained behaviour change.
While we bring distinct professional backgrounds and perspectives, we are aligned in how we support leaders, grounded, reflective, and focused on how leaders think, relate, and lead in real workplace conditions.
This program reflects our combined experience working with leaders across sectors and our belief that leadership capability is built through reflection, practice, and honest conversation, not theory alone.
David is the go-to coach for individual and team development, creating meaningful and sustainable impact.
Having worked in a variety of public and private settings, with a focus on operations, David brings a holistic view of the systems we are a part of, and how these systems and our responses to them impact our success.
David is a firm believer that in recognizing our own narrative and self-awareness, we have the opportunity to tap into possibilities, overcome obstacles and conflict, redefining our future, both personally and professionally.
Using a coach approach to growth and development, David works closely with leaders and teams, and looks for opportunities to tap into the broader system(s), creating an impactful, and often transformational learning experience.
Janet is an executive coach, mentor, and leadership development practitioner who works closely with CEOs, senior leaders, and leadership teams in complex, high-accountability environments.
Her background across finance, operations, and human resources gives her a deep understanding of how organizations function, and where leadership breakdowns tend to occur under pressure.
Janet brings a practical, systems-informed approach to leadership development, helping leaders strengthen judgment, build emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity when the stakes are high. Her work focuses on building leadership capability through effective coaching conversations, accountability, and real-world application.
She is passionate about helping leaders and organizations build sustainable leadership practices that support both performance and people.
Tuition is $895 CAD + GST and includes all six sessions, the EIQ & DISC assessments.
